3 Month Check Up

Well I had my 3 month checkup on Thursday with Dr. B. I have lost a total of 51lbs by his scale. I was a little discouraged by this because I felt like I should be losing faster, but I have also never lost that amount of weight in such a short period of time in my entire life. I would love to lose another 50 in the next 3 months and I would only be 50lbs from goal. Thanks for all the encouragement and positiveness that all of you provide on this webiste. It really has been a God-send.

That is so wonderful!!!!!!!!!! I know you will keep on until you pass your goal, you are doing great. I can't wait to be able to say I have lost 50 pounds. I may have to ruff up my scales this afternoon to get them to move. I am proud of you, and I know you are proud of yourself. Deb
