Three Days and Counting

This has been fun - 1. My son can put his arms ALL THE WAY AROUND ME for a hug. 2. My change in eating has affected my entire family (what a blessing). & the grocery bill has been lowered, (even with 2 teenagers). 3. I've learned to just say thank you to compliements - before I would also make some kind of excuse like I wasn't worthy - self -esteem has definitely improved. There's so much more, and so much more to come - I've decided to keep a "graditude list" of what this surgery and the friends I'm making mean to me. Thank you all. Colleen
