**What did YOU eat today? - Thursday**

Sorry folks, but I killed the Easter Bunny's brother about 15 minutes ago. I snuck up on him and scared him so bad he pooped out a bunch of egg shaped brown things wrapped in tin foil. I choked him and then had to clean up his poopy mess. Funny how bunny poop taste like chocolate. Yes I know, I have no will power, and to top it off, my best friend sent me a big box full of candy for Easter. Reeces cups, hersheys miniture bars, mini m&m's, cadbury eggs, chocolate bunny(no relation to the two I knocked off), and some other butt widening chocolate. Aren't friends the greatest? here's to you Mike! Breakfast- two scrambled eggs with cheese on a small tortilla wrap. Snack- grapefruit Lunch- not good, mini bag of popcorn, and two herseys p-nut butter thingys, four jelly beans. crystal lite with protein powder snack- reeces cup, hershey mini bar. Supper- he is picking me up a 6 inch tuna sub. water- not much maybe 20 ounces again , plan to drink more and hope it washes the bunny poop out of my pouch. vits- yes exercise- cleaned up the bunny poop, lol.Well it did involve bending over and a arm workout, hand to mouth, hand to mouth!

Slim fast low carb water grilled chicken sandwhich minus the bread and things from arbys steamed veggies part of baked potato w. Butter and sc tea handful of peanuts. Im back to work now so im trying to not "graze" and be good. Its hard!!! Enjoy the weekend. And happy easter!

Ok... Breakfast - Nothing - didn't want to eat before I weighed at Dr. Bour's Snack - Skinny Latte Lunch - Split a chicken tenders plate with my mom at TGIFridays Snack - South beach bar - gotta watch out for the sharts now Dinner - Leftover spaghetti from our dinner last night Snack - probably fruit....or pudding....or ummm... who knows.....

Okay. This isn't all that great today. Breakfast: CIB with protein Snack: 1/2 bag pork rinds Lunch: Liver and onions, fried okra, mac & cheese (Lizard's Thicket in Cola.) yummmm! Dinner: McDonald's cheeseburger and 1/2 order small fries. That's enough for today!!! Susan
