**What did YOU eat today? - Thursday**

Fess up everyone!! What did you have? My day started out iwth good intentions, then it kind of strayed, but I am committed to getting back on track. Bfast: WC oatmeal, banana, 1/2 cup skim milk Snack: 2oz. cheese Lunch: An array of chinese, meat and veggies only (I got a buffet "to go" and did not serve myself any rice or noodles or fried stuff) But then I had a bite of caramel pecan cheesecake that my friend brought in and a couple of Cadbury chocolate egss I'm WEAK..ugh Snack: Nothing, too full Dinner: probably leftover grilled chicken, not sure Vitamins: 1/2 in Water: yep Exercise: not today, unless I can squeeze in sometime this evening while the cupcakes are baking. Breakfast: 2oz Peperjack Cheese and 4 wheat crackers and coffee Snack: nothing Lunch: Chicken Fajita Pita from Jack in the box and water snack: so far.. 3 butterscotch candies I can't help it! They looked so yummy! Dinner: havent decided.. Vitamins: Yep! Water: 16 ozs so far Exercise: Just up to reception for those candies ( at least I didn't take a handful.. I walked up there 3 times!) I'm thinkin I need to lay off the hard cheese for a while.. things are "backed up" if ya know what I mean !!!

hiya's... Breakfast:same as always here lately nothing Snack: nothing Lunch: 2 bites of a mexican pizza made with corn crust instead of regular (frozen pizza) snack: nothing Dinner: wants a steak but still can't eat steak... makes me sooo sick, so guess I'll have a baked potato (usually I eat 3 bites) and salad (if lucky I get in 2 to 3 bites before feeling like I'm gonna die) snack: will be nothing ( I try not to eat late in the evening) water: 24 oz's of tea vits: none exercise: gonna go walking in a bit *hugs* Stephie PS would like to meet you guys or dolls one of these days but I'm a bad bad driver so greenville isn't on my to get there list... *lol* (can barely drive in spartanburg why my hubby does most of the driving)

Hey there my beautiful friends! Bfast: Grilled cheese samich from Sonic... picked off all the crust Snack: nada Lunch: 1/4(if that) of Supreme Beef Nachos from Corona's--no chips Snack: 1/2 bag popcorn Dinner: your guess is as good as mine at this point Vit: 1/2 down 1/2 to go Water: 40 oz so far Exercise: not betting on it Wow... that felt good and is getting easier everyday. Confession is good...right? Hope you all have a fabulous evening and to the ones lucky enough to have the day off tomorrow... have some fun for me too!! Don't do anything I wouldn't do! HA!!! Pam

Oh this is going to be bad...... breakfast....eggs and pancake! snack....junior mints and reese's pieces (left over from movie night) lunch...left over roast, corn and pasta with tomato and basil snack...Easter candy!!! I know...someone jsut go ahead and shoot me!!!!! I feel like a slug!!! water..about 2 bottles so far vits...yes that is the only good thing I have done today! Melissa aka gastric bypass failure

Melissa you are by no means a failure, you've done great. We all have our weak moments. Mine was last night when i had a reeses egg. Today i've been pretty good Breakfast: 1/2 slice peanut butter toast Snack: granola bar Lunch: dr appt, cymbalta prescription, 2 chicken nuggets from chick fila Water: 30 oz Dinner: not planned yet, who knows

B: 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese S: nothing L: (3PM late!) the insides of a shredded BBQ sandwich from Sticky Fingers, too many fries S: (planned) Profect vial (yum) D: I haven't decided yet, but I swear it'll be high in protein and low in calories. Water: I'm getting there. Vitamins: Half done Exercise: Nothing today

Pretty good so far today.... Protein shake (w/Peanut Butter) on way to work Breakfast - hard boiled egg snack - heart healthy nuts lunch - salad w/chicken snack - none so far Dinner - LCBB night so I will have the salad bar and maybe a slice of thin crust pepperoni pizza Snack later - love those Carb Smart Bryers Ice Cream bars..probably love them too much! water - yep - 60 ozs. so far vitamins - yep exercise - not tonight, gotta do LCBB! All I have had today is half of a cheese sausage. I think I am going to have some watermelon in a minute. Not on schedule today. I didn't go to bed until 4 am so I slept till 2. Threw my whole day off. I am reading a book I couldn't put it down. It is called Forbidden Fruit by Erica Sandler. Very good authur. That is why I was up all night. I want some Easter candy. I would love some starburst and some robins eggs.... Yummmy... But more than anything I want a big cold glass of chocolate milk...Sugar and all. Lord help me be strong....Jennifer

I did fairly well today, but probably because I don't feel very well. I actually went home sick today and have slept the day away. I think that I might have the latest "crud", fever, tummy hurts, etc. If I don't feel better tomorrow I am going to call Dr B., my tummy really HURTS when I eat. I know, cry me a river, but I just needed to whine some more, I'm home alone for once and need to complain, it might make me feel better, Breakfast - protein shake snack - protein shake lunch - handful of heart smart cereal snack nothing dinner -?????? water - good vitamins - good
