6th month appointment

Well, today was my six month appointment with Dr. Bour. Everything went really well. I have lost 68% of my excess weight which is ahead of the curve. Dr. Bour wanted me at 60%. I have lost a total of 82 lbs.

Mom and I went to kohls and purchased me a hootchie dress. Hubby said it was too hootchie for church!! Gotta get a cami to go under it!! All my blood work was excellent. I was pleased. Rachel

WTG Rachel! You are doing so good with the weight loss. Your 20 pounds ahead of me. I really dread going to my 6th month one, I have actually thought about not going because I don't want to hear how far down on his scale I am, and I had labs done at my PCP just a few weeks ago and everything was OK. I honestly feel like I won't lose anymore, and these stalls have been getting longer and longer every month. Right now I am really down about it. Now eating all this Easter candy is making it worse, I just want to go throw up and try to forget about it all.Anyway, enough whinning about me, lol. You look wonderful and have come so far in such a short time.

Thats awesome!!! I remember how worried u were that u werent losing fast enough, HA what a joke! LOL youve done wonderful! im so proud of you!!! especially considering all the stress youve been having!
