I am sitting around eating the candy my kids had left over from movie night last night

. I need to get up and start being productive. My kids want to go to the park, so maybe I will get up off of my lazy BUTT and take them!! Mike is home today. We are going to do some more yard work today....I must be subconsciously saving my energy for that

I watched the "Making of Candy" on the History channel last night with my hubby and daughter. They flashed my favorite candy bar of all time on the screen "BIG HUNK." I nearly lept out of my skin! They are so hard to find. The last one I had I ordered of the internet. I ordered a whole box, shared some and kept like 10 for myself. It is taking all my strength not to order another box and not share them at all. Ugh... Kathy

Kathy are these the nougat with peanuts candy bars? if so they are my favorite in Utah the only place I found them Dollar store, anything a dollar & dollar tree haven't checked in SC yet.

yep, those are it. I haven't found them in Greenville at all. In Texas, they only had them at Hobby Lobby (go figure.) So when they opened our Hobby Lobby here, I went and looked for them. They had them!!! But after a month or so, they quit stocking them. Boo!!!! Oh well, I guess the reason they remain my favorite is because they are not easy for me to get. Maybe I will save my next candy indulgence for when I find a big hunk candy bar. That could be a LOOOONNGG time from now. Might do me some good.

Good morning y'all! Unfortunately, I am at work too!!

I had an hour and a half staff meeting this morning...when I wasn't dozing

I felt like pulling my hair out (what little is left!). So far, okay on the eating front....I had a few too many saltine crackers this morning....that is my candy! (I know, it's weird).

Hopefully the rest of the day will go well for all of us...and to you all who are not having to work today....phooey on you!

Enjoy yourself though! Wish I was with ya'!

YEA! I'm one of the lucky ones that has today off

. But........ I get to work tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday all 12+ hours of them. I was caught off guard by my manager and asked if I would work for someone Friday instead of working Tuesday, and since I was woke up from a dead sleep

, I didn't have time to think it out before saying OK. Damn I think the brain damage from my sats dropping during surgery is starting to get worse, I usually can come up with a good excuse to not change my schedule, I was just not with it when she called. I'm still looking for another job, just not having luck finding one. So again, if anyone out there knows of anything, anywhere, that pays half way decent and has good insurance let me know. If not, I am still practicing my "Welcome to Walmart" greeting, lol. Or maybe I can be one of those little old ladies that cook samples of food and hands them out.........maybe not, I would eat them all myself!
