Come out Come out wherever you are!!!! Where is everyone today? This board is pretty quiet. I think there are about 6 of us checking in and out today. THAT IS NOT ENOUGH!!! I FORBID YOU TO HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE OF OH!!!! DO YOU HEAR ME???!?!?!? Whew, got that out of my system. No need to put a restraining order on me yet. I'm over it now. Bfast: 2 eggs, small banana, small orange Waiting for car to be serviced at dealer ship: SF Caramel Nonfat Latte (210 calories!!!!! AUURGHGHGHG!!!) Snack: deli sliced roast beef, cheese stick Lunch: 1/2 small baked potato and small salad w dressing Snack: bag of peanut M&Ms...bad bad day..i have NO excuse..I am WEAK Dinner: Nothing bu****er...I've exceeded my calories for the day Water:YES Vitamins: 1/2 in Exercise: nooooo, but I SWEAR I'm gonna do extra time tonight on my elliptical. I'm entering everything into calorie king.com now. I paid for the membership, they have more foods in their database than fitday.com. Unfortunately, it has opened my eyes to the things that are sabotaging my diet without me realizing it...like those durned lattes!!!! Are you doing any better? Kathy

Kathy, I can't believe that a SF NONfat latte would have that many calories. Where are the calories coming from - just the milk and whip toppings. The syrup is No calorie, coffee is no calorie...I don't think that calorie count is right. it maybe for a regular caramel latte with whole milk and regular syrup. Anyway, back to what I have eaten. Breakfast - protein bar Lunch - lean gourmet and small cup of fruit Snack - pretzels and fruit Dinner??? - who knows.... Water: No Vitamin: 1/2 Exercise: Either playing tennis with hubby or going to the gym Rachel

not having a good day. Son called while I was getting ready for work, he has managed to loose his truck keys somewhere last night. Went out to eat dinner in his wife's car and she had already left for work before he realized he had lost them, so i had to go to his house and let him drop me off at work and him take my car. Of course I was rushing around trying to get ready, so: Breakfast: nothing Snack: Protein bar i had hidden away in my desk for a rainy day. Lunch: nothing, No car, nothing here in the building but evil vending machines, nothing around main street except greasy cheeseburgers, way too expensive salads from this little fancy restaurant, chinese food which i'm not a big fan of water: about 30 oz exercies: walked around the building a few times, went across to a gas station and bought lottery tickets, if i win i'll buy us a place at the beach.

Nope, that is a Venti (LARGE) SF vanilla Nonfat latte. http://www.starbucks.com/retail/nutrition_beverage_detail.asp The skim milk still has calories, even though there is no fat. The espresso has a couple of calories too, but not enough to make a difference. Just to think, if I had another 4 bucks in my purse, I was gonna grab another one on the way to work from the dealership! I'm drinking too many calories! Kathy

The lattes kill me also, but at least we're getting in calcium. Here is my day, pretty badd breakfast - protein bar snack - special k bar lunch - meat from a cheeseburger snack - more meat from the cheeseburger six crackers in between sipping on 1/2 of a latte dinner - salad calories - 920 exercise trying pilates tonight water - so so

Maybe it is the large but dang how much milk do they put in the dang large. It would take over 2 cups of milk to be over 200 calories!! I usually order a small or medium with sugar free syrup. The small has only about 1/2 cup of milk. The medium has maybe 1 cup. I just don't agree with starbucks on that one! LOL!!! Rachel

I'm having a blah food day today. I really don't feel like eating anything good for me. Breakfast: CIB, as usual Lunch: 1/2 of a toasted italian sub, unsweet tea Snack: red grapes I still have a salad left from lunch so I may eat that for a snack later or for dinner. Water: just my iced tea and my CIB milk. Exercise: Got that in last night at the gym! Susan

Well.. do I take back the calorie intake of what I had for dinner at the mexican resturant if I threw it up in their bathroom? Guess I need to CHEW steak more!!! Breakfast: 1/2 protein bar with coffee Snack: 1/2 bag a Bugels and a handful of pretzels Lunch: Frozen Pasta Meal (left a little less then half on the plate) Snack: remaining 1/2 bag of Bugels Dinner: not sure..planned on a small chef salad Water: Yes.. 16oz so far Vitamins: 1 prenatal this morning Excercise: I shamefully hang my head.. I have done NOTHING today but sit my flat butt at my desk... Can anyone give me protein drink ideas? I know Jenn drinks a Banana Creme one.. what brand is it? The protein bars taste like cardboard to me.. but I gag 'em down!

Kathy turned me on to pure protein bars, and i have grown to love them. I get mine at walmart. And I get a chocolate whey protein powder at walmart, not sure of the brand, but I put a scoop in the blender with a cup of milk and it tastes just like chocolate milk.

I'll go looking for those bars tonight... I've been eating the South Beach Diet Bars.. and OMG.. the gas those things give me from the sugar Alcohol... I could never eat one at work... I would be to embarassed!
