Oh boy, I had a crappy day of eating. I have been doing good until today, so tomorrow I have to do better.
Breakfast: we ate at Cracker Barrell again. I had two scrambled eggs and two turkey sausage patties, not too bad, but then I added part of a pancake with SF syrup. Then had about 20 ounces of water after we got in the car which was about 30 minutes after we ate.
Snack: a few bites off of a protein bar that was hard and nasty. More water another 20 oz.
Lunch: Mexican, had nachos supreme. I ate about 1/3 of it and gave another 1/3 to hubby and left the other 1/3 on the plate. I ate maybe 4 chips with salsa. I had to drink while eating to wash the hot salsa down, so yes, I had a Corona Lite

Snack: some dehydrated pineapple slices that we made.
Supper: nothing, I am still full from the nachos.
Water: at least 60 oz. total and add the beer, lol.
Vitamins: always, never miss them.
