**What did YOU eat today? - Friday**

TGIF!!! Alright. Its that time again. What did you nurture (or abuse) your body with today? Here's what I have so far: Bfast: 2 eggs and a banana Snack: protien bar Lunch: Hibachi shrimp and chicken with some zucchini and onions and some rice I will never learn. here it is 2 1/2 hours later and I still feel ike I ate an 15 pounds of rice. Snack: gonna skip it today Dinner: May skip that too if I still feel full, if not I might have a protien shake with some fiber supplement. I'm feeling a little backed up... Vitamins: MAN I've been bad this week Water: excellent Exercise: skipped yet another day, but on the positive side, I used my lunch hour to return $235 woth of merchandise that I would probably have never worn. I can't stop eating today. Its horrible and scary. I need to go to timeout or be publicly fussed out or something Breakfast - 1/2 of son's steak biscuit, 1 bojangles hash brown snack - easter sized milky way, 1/2 of protein bar lunch - 2 bites of barbeque, onion ring, 2 french fries snack - 2 bites of protein bar Dinner - who know, I need nothing I feel like I've had more to eat. I think I've been stuffing my face for the past 24 hours. water - bad vitamins - tonight exercise - walk tonight Happy Friday Mary

Ok here goes me... breakfast....2 eggs with cheese grits lunch....turkey hot dog and banana (gross combo, but I was dying for something sweet) snack pack of sweet tarts and 2 startburst!!!! real snack/ planned pure protein bar dinner/planned grilled italian chicken wraps water....tons today vits...had 3 already exercise...running back and forth to the bathroom because of all the water!!!!!

Breakfast : 1 cup of popcorn with white cheddar cheese sprinkled, 1 cup of coffee Snack: Handful of pretzels and a cup of Earl Grey Tea Lunch: Chicken Faitja Pita from Jack in the Crack and Dt Pepsi Dinner: Nothing planned...

Breakfast: 1/2 egg salad sandwich Protein shake on drive to work Snack: sweet & salty granola bar Lunch: other 1/2 of egg salad sandwich Dinner: going out with hubby somewhere, probably salad and chicken Water: 40 oz so far Vitamins: Yes Exercise: just a few trips up and down the stairs at work, I've gotta improve in that area.

brkfast: nothing lunch: hamburger pattie off a whopper jr. snacks: nothing dinner: don't know I'm still full from the hamburger pattie water: 24 oz so far vits: none exercis: none, my hernia is killing me today

Protein shake on way to work Breakfast - hard boiled egg and some fruit (mixed melon, strawberries, watermellon) Snack - protein bar Lunch - salad with chicken snack - I was bad...had a small square of hershey's bar dinner - planning on Wendy's chili with cheese and sour cream on top snack - planning on protein shake water - yes Vits - yes exercise - gonna walk tonight with Mary! Hopefully I nurtured myself today! Breakfast: Weight control oatmeal, 4 saltine crackers (I can't seem to get past this cracker craving!), 1 string cheese, decaf tea w/splenda Snack: Protein bar; water Lunch: 4 oz tuna salad and 6 crackers (One of those BumbleBee kits-they're pretty good and they are SOOOOO convenient!); after waiting the appropriate amount of time I had tea with splenda; then I had one of the new Enviga drinks-it's carbonated green tea-pretty good but those burps can get ya'! Snack: Protein bar Snack: about a 1 inch sample of a Hot Pocket with bacon, egg and cheese in it (I went to Sam's Club after work...you can get a full meal if you shop the entire store!); a BIG tea with splenda (not at the same time!) Dinner: 6 small meat balls with provolone cheese Water: some but more tea than anything! Vitamins: 2 so far Exercise: does walking all over the hospital today and then all over Sam's Club count? BY THE WAY!!! Greenville folks....Sam's has a 15ct box of the Pure Protein Bars (chocolate peanut butter) for around $14.00. That's cheaper than at WalMart (6ct for $5.97) and WAY cheaper than at Nutrition Solutions.

i see alot of people didnt reply today i have sinned yet again.. breakfast: 1/2 of a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit from hardees First one since surgery ack!!! and it really sucked i was let down lunch: 3 Wings from Zaxbys, eww too much terriayki sauce snack: that DANG chocolate cake thats haunting me at work!!! I threw it away today.. told them if they ever brought another one id fire them! supper: baked chicken with broccoli n cheese, and some grapes snack during day was sunflower seeds they keep my mouth busy and its taken me all week and i havent ate the whole small pack yet so i think im doing okie with it water: so-so vitamins: Check exercise: ha! lol jen

OK...here goes...confession time.... Breakfast - pack of crackers Lunch - half of chicken personal pan pizza snack - chocolate eggs (about 15) About the size of peanut m&m's snack - 100 cal bag of popcorn and 1 cup pudding dinner - casserole - 4 ounces snack - peaches with whip cream Not too bad...could have done without the chocolate eggs but they just called my name!!!
