Treadmill workout
Has anyone tried this yet?
Fat Burning workout 40 mins
5 Min Warm up, no incline, choose your speed
10 min go to a 5% incline
10 min go to a 10% incline
10 min go to a 5%
5 min cool down at no incline
everytime I try it, it kicks my butt so far my inclines have been 2-4, 3-6, 5-10 speed 3.0
if you have a treadmill workout I'd like to try it..
