**What did YOU eat today? - Thursday**

PRAISE YOU ALL FOR YOUR HONESTY! OK, the Easter candy aisle should be banned! breakfast: 3 spoonfuls of box mac and cheese (leftovers) snack: 2 bites of a Butterfinger (then a bathroom run) lunch: salad, icecream (another bathroom run) dinner: (planned) 1/2 tomato sandwich no vits and I need some reminders to take those, water bad today b/c I have been traveling for work... Sugar is so good and I love it, but it hates me, WHY? WHY? WHY? do I do that to myself? I think I could just have a little and NO!!!!

Well I been bad! as usual. Bfast - 1/2 cup of strawberry frosted mini wheats snack - mini 3 muskateer Lunch - 3/4 mushroom swiss burger and 1/2 of the sour cream and chives fries. Snack - small piece of fudge off to bathroom I went Dinner - Troys wonderful barbecue chicken and a few carrots. Water 50 or so oz Exersize - What is that? Vitamins this reminded me Marcey

ummm... this tells alot about my bad habbits and poor eating, but here it goes. Breakfast: 2 small wheat crackers, 2 spoon fulls of cottage cheese water snack: handfull of nuts and mouthfull of sun flower seeds water lunch:w/Susan 2 spoonfulls of potatoe soup, 2-3 potatoe chips & one bite of corn muffin (went to bathroom and threw it all up) 2 bites of cottage cheese water snack: 1/4 slice of pickle & 1 bite of ham and turkey rolled up dinner: 1/4 of meat ball, 3-4 bites of salad, 2 tiny bites of pasta alfredo water I know, not much protein today. Hopefully tomorrow it will be better. I keep trying, I have learned that tuna stays down, I was just so busy today.

Muscle Milk protein drink Kashi bar 1/2 chicken pot pie serving from the cafeteria (leftover from yesterday) 3 small slices of peperoni pizza from Pizza Inn (LCBB mtng) 3/4 bag of Microwave popcorn, extra butter 3 glasses of red wine I broke into the 250's today, a new low. Down 108 lbs in 5 1/2 months Eddie

I worked wednesday night, so I got up at 1 30pm I had B'Fast Nectar lemon Tea protein shake and one polly O string cheese snack another protein shake and 3 triscuits 2fat free cheese slices dinner at pizza inn small bowl chilli soup slice of pizza and some grapes snack 1/4 bag of popcorn extra butter 3 glasses of white wine water lots Vitamins yes centrum chewables exercise...got a leg work out on the couch ,....and got up early today (fri) and went to the gym Lesley
