I was hoping that since today is your special special day you would have forgotten this thread.....oh well here goes breakfast.....2 eggs and cheese grits snack....candy that I was putting in the Easter goodies bags for Samantha's class lunch....3 bites of a tortilla with pizza sauce, mozzeralla, turkey pepperoni ( what was I thinking) the rest of lunch/snack....more Easter candy and too many finger licks of cake batter from the 5 DOZEN cupcakes I baked this afternoon. It was good going down but now I could dinner...who knows....I'm feeling too sorry for myself right now for all the crap I ate this afternoon to even think of dinner. water...3 bottles vits...2 so far exercise....running back and forth to the oven to check on the cupcakes (does that count?) Try again tomorrow, huh? Melissa

I'm trying. Vitamins: Halfway there Exercise: 45 minutes on my treadmill

Still real nauseated today so a few popcicles, some crackers and cheese, water and some apple juice to help me go to the bathroom. Anything that hits my pouch immedialtly (sp) makes me really nauseated. It passes in a few minutes, then become milder but as soon as somthing hits the grouch pouch thats it...sick again...i have not thrown up...Thank ya LORD....

well I'm the outcast I think... bfast: nothing lunch: nothing dinner: don't know but I'm not hungry... haven't been hungry in days so not sure... no snacks water: 32 oz. of tea vits: none exercise: does house cleaning count?

im worried about u stephanie! You wrote me back on the other post and said u havent taken ur vit's .. dont do that! I went forever without mine and crashed so badly i thought i was dieing, literally! Its a low i dont wanna feel ever again. .I hope you start to take them again soon! And try to eat something.. your body will give out if you dont! hope you feel better! jen

Protein Shake (w/1 tsp Peanut Butter) on way to work 10:00 a.m. hard boiled egg Lunch - 1/2 ceasars salad with 1/2 small whole wheat roll No time for snack this afternoon Dinner - LCBB meeting so I will have a salad and thin sliced pepperoni or taco salad pizza Snack tonight - jello w/sugar free cool whip. Water - 80 ozs. so far Vits: Yep Exercise - not today...walking tomorrow for sure and then back to the gym on Saturday. Susann

Ok. I had a seminar in Columbia, so here goes my confession - Breakfast - south beach bar - 220 cals 19 protein snack - south beach bar - 220 cals 19 protein (its all I had) Lunch - Kids chicken strip meal from California Dreaming - I ate all 2 tiny strips and all of the fries (about 15) oh my Snack - 2 count them 2 4 oz cups of SF caramel pudding!! I'm addicted!!!! Dinner - I don't know....haven't planned anything yet! Water: Good Vitamins: Opps...I forgot Exercise: Nope other than walking around at the seminar and expo!

Ok here goes mine for today! Breakfast- one boiled egg, small container of low fat cottage cheese with tropical fruit cup. Snack- 2 teaspoons of P-nut butter on graham cracker. 20 min later I had some unflavored unjury 2 scoops = 40 gms protein,( I can handle it better now than right after surgery) ,mixed with SF crystal light. Lunch- one 3oz. package of white albacore tuna with a tablespoon of FF mayo, two sourdough crackers and one pickle spear. Supper will be homemade chicken gumbo, according to my DH, who does all the cooking. I have had 20 oz of crystal lite, 60 oz of water and still drinking. I will probably have another graham cracker with PB for another snack tonight with my nasty coffee, and another scoop of unjury in more crystal lite. Dang I'm full now, lol. Exercise= sitting on my fat ass in front of this computer, running to the potty early this morning to unload the greasy GB's from last night, LOL. Hey it's my first day off work and I'm tired. On a good note I was down 2 more pounds this morning, hope it stays down! Mary

Breakfast: Couple sips of Wylers Light...then went back to bed Lunch: 2 bites of Fish Sandwich from Capt. D's Snack: 2 bites of Fish Sandwich from Capt. D's Dinner: Ryans...About 3 oz Steak, 2 small pcs of Rib w/ BBQ sauce, Very small salad with meat and cheese, Couple sips of my daughters Fruit punch drink and a couple sips of my water...1 chocolate covered raisin Now I'm at school and just bought a water. And I have a question....Dasani says it is Non-Carbonated....Why does it make that noise when the bottle is opened and Why does it have all the little bubbles in it if it isn't Carbonated???? Water: Not enough Vitamins: Not today...maybe I will remember when I get home Exercise: Not really...does normal walking count if you do more than usual? I know I'm sad. Jen
