Alright, time to confess. What did you have?
ME??? Well...
Bfast: 2 eggs over medium w/ salsa and a tortilla
Snack: Protien bar (200 cal 20g protien)
Lunch: Healthy Choice meal (180 cal 15 g protien for the whole container) Some sour cream chicken w mushrooms and mashed dpotoatoes kind.
It was gross, so I didn't even fini**** and a couple of bites of cake from an employee moving away party. Yeah it was yummy and worth it.
Snack: PLANNED: Chili flavored soy protien snacks (150 cal 15g protien)
Dinner: PLANNED: Steak and a salad
Water: Not too good
Vitamins: YEP
Exercise: no, worked through lunch instead...maybe I'll jump on my elliptiacal at home.

I haven't planned well today, so i've just grabbed what was handy.
Breakfast: 1/4 of a BLT sandwich
Snack: pure protein bar (love those things)
Lunch: grocery store shopping for supper, grabbed a pack of peanut butter crackers
Supper: I ran home and browned some ground chuck and put on a crock pot of vegetable soup.
water: I'm on my 2nd 20oz bottle will have it gone within the hour.
Exercise: no, usually walk 2 miles around town, but had too many errands to do today.
Forgive me Father, for I have sinned!
breakfast : POPCORN!
lunch: sunflower seeds..
snack: CHOCOLATE CAKE!!!
Im gonna kill my employee for bringing that in here!
Vits: yep
Water: Hawaiian punch
Exercise: To the potty!
Omg i feel like a cow about to blow up right now! I had good intentions today too

Breakfast: One slice of whot wheat bread with peanut butter and sugar-free jelly
Isofruit Delight protein drink
Snack: No time for one today
Lunch: A really cute attorney who used to work here took me to lunch at Olive Garden. I had soup and salad. I did not even eat a breadstick.
Snack: Protein bar
Dinner: It's LCBB so it'll be a slice of thin crust pizza and salad.
Water: Gotta get started on that right now
Vitamins: Same as for water!

Alright...here goes.
Breakfast: CIB with extra protein
Lunch: Had lunch with Debbie at Jason's Deli. 2/3 cup of French Onion soup (it was just OK). About 1/4 of a deli club sandwich (made with 2 pieces of bread, not 3), and a handful of ruffles chips. Bad carbs, bad carbs...
Dinner: Hopefully some pan fried chicken (without breading), spinach.
Water: 20 oz unsweet tea, 20 oz water, more water or tea to come.
Vitamins: Not yet. I'll take them right now!
