What were your WOWS today???

My WOW moments came from reading all these Wow Moments!!!! WOWOWOWOWOW!!! I'm tickled pink for everybody that posted "wows" ... they're all GREAT!!! Dawn

These wow moments are great....Congrats to all.... I had a few myself - (1) I was told by a co-worker that I looked like I weighed 140 (I weigh 163) (2) I was told by a co-worker that I looked so young (3)I got a double take from a guy at a store and he even made a point to hold the door for me...although he had to hold it for a looooonnng time! He wasn't all that...but I'll take all the double takes I can!!!

Dear all, No real wow moment for today for me, but I LOVE reading other people's moments! OK, this doesn't apply to weight loss, but it is kinda WOW for me. (Some of you know how much I hate my job...) I have gotten to work EARLY the past 2 days! For those of you that know the work situation, this is simply a miracle! I am so happy to know you folks. This site always makes me feel better! Have a great weekend if I don't have time to post tomorrow! Kelly O.

I had a wow moment today too. When I went to Dr. Byrne' office, I got a hug from him and he told me how proud he was of me. I have lost 45 pounds in a month and a half. I am proud of myself, but it is always nice when others are proud of you too.
