What were your WOWS today???

I had 3, what a great day. 1. I made an A in business finance. Major miracle, I hate math 2. A claimant called my supervisor to tell her nice things about me. This was good because I really did a stupid thing earlier, that's another story 3. THIS is just the best ever There is a real cutie that takes classes with me, his name is Michael and I have to admit I had indulged in VERY innocent flirting with him. He was just funny and chatted with me, but no interest or anything He was in Iraq, so I hadn't seen him since Nov. I was in the cafe at CSU today chatting with Ana and Joey (a big bonus of getting my degree is getting to see more of Ana, she works at CSU). Michael walked in and his jaw literally dropped. He interrupted my chat, said hey, and THEN he said,"WOW, you've lost a lot of weight" and you know what, I just said yes. He then said "you look great" he even acted like he wanted to talk to me more. But I wanted to talk to Ana more. When I went to class he was friendly, and I joked with him about saving me a seat, HE BLUSHED. I didn't admit that most of it was the plastics. This is a big deal for me, I loved it. I love DH, but I needed this ego boost really bad. How long am I going to feel like the ugly duckling Life is good, I love you all Mary

1.) I went shopping for hours and didn't get tired or run out of steam. 2.) I worked in my yard, planting flowers and de-weeding, and I could bend over, without my belly squishing all of my air out. 3.) I dusted and cleaned all of the shelves and knick knacks. I had one of my biggest wow moments today I know that it doesnt sound like much for me this means that I have come along way I was able to get in the shower and was my own hair and give my self a complete bath without having to stop and rest and sit down and it felt great I had been getting bed baths for about the last two and a half years so to me this was a very big step and a big mile stone for me

Well my biggest was being told by my surgeon that I met his goal and he called me tiny! There was a lady in the waiting room there for her first consult and she asked if I had surgery and I pulled out my before pic and her draw dropped and she said this can't be you and I said oh yes it was and she said you are sooo tiny and thin and it has only been 11 months. I said yes but it was hard work but she would do it too. My friend from Dr. Strickland''s ofc who works there just gave me a big hug when I got weighed in and said I looked great. God is great in letting us be encouraged and to be an encouragement to others on this journey and I am blessed to be used of Him to love on others. Thanks to you guys for loving on me too. Joan M

I had 2 women at my kids school tell me how great I looked today! Then the best thing was when my husband came home from work he could hardly keep his hands off of me. He even said that I looked great yesterday! When he was leaving to take the kids to church last night he told me I had to stay in the house because if I went anywhere I would have men trying to pick me up!! Melissa

Mary thats awesome!!! it feels good to get positive feedback from the opposite sex.. im proud of you! youre not an ugly duckling! My WOW Was that i went to Liberty to go to the Miss South Carolina office to pick up my daughter's crown (She is a palmetto princess for Miss Greenville Teen) And when i told them i was there to pick up a crown for miss greenville they thought that i was miss greenville!!!! After i stopped dieing laughing i explained i wasnt miss greenville but thanks for the compliment.. i thought i was gonna get a hernia from laughing at that one.. They even had announced on their intercom "Miss Greenville is here" I was dieing. lmao. as IF i look like a beauty pageant person! hahah jen
