So long, farewell, beach bunnies!

I'm sitting here reading everyones post about leaving for the beach and it's making me soooooo depressed. I needed a get away more than anyone knows, especially since I have been having suck- ass days at work lately. Maybe one day this old lady will be able to go have fun with all the OH people, just hope it's before I end up at Marshall Pickens Hospital. I'm calling to see if they have an available room for one of my weekends off work. I guess that would be better than nothing. Any way, all you beach bunnies have a good time, drink lots of Margaritas for me, and please be careful. Byeeeeeee Mary PS-

Mary! Are you sure you can't go? You know how quickly a 48 hour bug can come along and keep you out of work for a few days!!!!! I promise not to tell. I have been know to call in " sick.....and tired" a time or two in the past. Just know there is a spot for ya if you change your mind!!!!! Melissa

Melissa, I wish I could go, but we are already short staffed and if I was to call in on a weekend I would have to work the next weekend to make it up, it's a floor policy, and I don't want to work two weekends in a row. Actually I don't want to work at all, lol. But, my floor manager gets pissy when we call in on a weekend, so until I can get a different job I need to keep her on my good side. They know I always work even when I am sick, so they would know something is up, lol. Maybe next time. I do hope you have a wonderful time, I know everyone needs the time away from the everyday crap.
