Eddie - THANKS!!!

Just wanted to thank u for having all of us at your home today. It was great meeting Diane, Dawn & Cathy from the upstate and Michelle from Goose Creek. Also it was nice seeing the ladies from the area. Please don't forget me when pics are downloaded... Joey & I had a great time- Joey really enjoyed the trampoline!!!!!! Joey actually fell asleep in the car on the way home Thanks Again and Suzanne- I really would love that receipe.... Ana

Yes, Eddie, thank you, we all had a great time.... As for the recipe, I usually make 2 pies at a time and use: 2 graham cracker crusts 3 boxes sugar free cheesecake jello pudding 5 cups of skim milk Mix up the 3 boxes of pudding with the milk and then divide between the 2 graham cracker pie crusts. I let it set overnight and the next morning top with blueberries, strawberries or whatever fruit I want then top that off with Cool Whip Light (I use 1 small container plus a little from another small container until the pies look "full"). Easy stuff! Susann

Eddie, Thanks for being such a gracious host. I am so glad that I got to finally meet you. And upstaters, I felt like I had met 3 old friends. Susann and I were talking the whole way home about all getting together again. Kathy, I think that we may be too much alike for Myrtle Beach...Not sure if the town could take two of us out on the town after being cooped up for YEARS. But I just might show up with the extra 4 pounds for you!!! Mary
