Actually, I need to find a way to play LESS during the day. I spend way too much time on here! Teagan is better. Fever is finally gone. Though she did try to act sick to stay home from school again today. Doesn't work with me missy, I INVENTED that game. Kathy

No, you're not on crack, I'M on crack. I paid for 2 years CASH to belong to a gym I hardly ever visit. That seems more like something someone with NO sense at all would do. I hope your hurt is a good hurt. I always love that sense of accomplishment a sore body gives me after a good workout. But somehow, I still don't visit the gym enough... Kathy

I haven't felt much like posting lately, been kind of down in the dumps with my weight loss. Dr. B said I should have been down by 10 pounds more than I am,when I went for my 3 month follow up. He put me at the bottom of the curve and lectured me on exercising and possibly eating too much food. I told him I thought I wasn't eating enough instead of too much, I still don't have time to eat 5 small meals a day. Anyway, I need to get my fat butt in gear and get this weight off. Rachel, I'm sorry your having a bad time, you know you have lots of friends here and can talk to us. Sounds like you and hubby are trying to work it out so hopefully everything will be alright soon. Smile big girl, life is good! ( I need to take my own advice), LOL. Mary

I don't even want to see Dr. Bour for my 1 year - he expects me to lose ten more by then. I've lost and gained 3 since I saw him. So I am back to square one with less time and the same amount of weight to lose. So I know how you feel. I think you are probably not eating enough too. Sorry I can't give you any hints. I sit at a desk all day, so trying NOT to eat all day is my battle. Anyway, I think you look great. Kathy

GET THAT CHIN UP, MS MARY! I AM A BONA-FIDE "SLOW LOSER" ... TOOK ME TWICE AS LONG TO LOSE WEIGHT AS MOST OTHERS ... TURNS OUT THEY THINK IT WAS MY HEART MEDS, BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER. IF WE'RE FOLLOWING THE RULES, OUR BODIES WILL LOSE AT THE RATE IT CAN. SO, AS LONG AS YOU'RE EATING & DRINKING CORRECTLY ... TAKING YOUR SUPPLEMENTS, ETC. ... BE HAPPY WITH EVERY POUND YOU LOSE! YOU ARE SO RIGHT ... YOU CAN EAT TOO LITTLE & THEN YOUR BODY WILL HOLD ON TO EVERY CALORIE YOU GIVE IT JUST TO SURVIVE. &, OF COURSE WE CAN EAT TOO MUCH, BUT I HAVEN'T SEEN THAT IN MOST PEOPLE WITHIN THE 1st 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR. THE 5 SMALL SNACKS REALLY DOES WORK WELL AS IT KEEPS YOU FROM GETTING HUNGER & BLOOD SUGAR SWINGS. JUST REMEMBER, A SNACK IS ONLY ABOUT 200 CALORIES ... SO, IT MAY BE A PROTEIN BAR OR SHAKE, OR SOME PEANUT BUTTER OR CHEESE ON CELERY ... OR, SOME ROLLED LEAN, DELI MEAT ... NOT A REAL MEAL. I DO FABULOUSLY ON 5 SNACKS A DAY, BUT MY 1st 3 SNACKS ARE A PACKAGED PROTEIN PRODUCT, THEN THE NEXT IS MY EVENING MEAL & THEN MAYBE A SF FUDGECICLE OR SOY CRISPS FOR MY "TREAT" AT NIGHT. KEEP UP THE GREAT EFFORT, MS MARY ... &, BE HAPPY! GOD BLESS YOU ... DAWN & NICk
