Upstaters. Not meeting after Dr bours tonight

Thanks for the call.....and I did NOT get the message!!! Heads are going to roll tomorrow!! I am a member of Boiling Springs Fitness. I haven't done any classes...kind of scared of the impact on my knees. But I work out on the equipment. In fact, I'm going to head up that way right now!! Hugs, Dianne

i cant believe that!!! it was some man.. he even acted like he was writing it down!! i said tell her "jennifer called and were NOT going to meet tonight" he said "okay!" psh men! lol sorry you didnt get it, i should of tried back later.. i loved BS fitness the urban rebounding class, OMG!!! what a workout.. ive never been much on classes, but i got more of a workout than if i had done the elliptical and weights .. and its not bad on the joints either i was suprised! i have plates in my ankle and its the first to hurt, and it never did hurt! we probably just missed each other , as i was headed to applebees to eat i ate protein though i didnt kill the workout ! ttyl! jen
