Yeah ME!!!!!

Ok heres the deal. I am going to have lap ryn b/c I have cancer. But I have to pay for it out of pocket. In the past 4 weeks I have saved $4,200. I love my husband for working so hard to get the money. I need 13,000. That is for everything including airfare hospitals everything. I just got a call from my lawyer and she informed me that I am getting twice the amount for a worker comp clam than I thought. (after her fee I will get $3,800.) So in 4 weeks I have gone from no money to $8,000!!!!!!!! I cant get finacing b/c I am not 21 and my husband canat cosign for me b/c he dosent haver a ss#. So maby we will get luckey again and be able to get the rest soon! After I have the money in hand I will call the Dr. and he said it will take about 10 days to get me down there and have the sugery. SO I now need tips tricks and any info I can get. Its coming a lot sooner than I thought. But of course now I am nurvious So Of to Mexico soon Just had to let you guys know. Cari

Not much more to get now.. but im curious.. you have stomach cancer and theyre doing RNY to "heal" it?? and why wouldnt insurance pay for it if its cancer. im lost jen

The ryn will remove the cancerous part of my stomach ( the same way they removed half of my cervix) and hope that nips it in the bud. My ins will not pay for it b/c there are levels of cancer and the sugery is advisable not "nessary" which means if I wait till it gets worse my ins would pay for it but I get cancled in May so by waiting it reduces effectiveness and I may not have ins by the time it is deamed nessary. (Gotta love politics) So what it comes down to is the sonner the better and Mexico is my best choice. Cari
