Uh Oh, It is finally here, the bigger pouch!!! I can tell I can eat more now, and so I am making myself stop at what I used to eat no matter what!!! I hate this feeling, but I am more afraid of gaining back the weight. I will never go back to old eating habits, but I will make sure I stick with eating the low carbs and no sugar/low sugar and I should be okay, RIGHT?? Who else is about 15 months post op??? Love ya'll!! Deb

Deb, I feel ya girl. It scares me to death and I have been like this for months. I am only 13 months out and down only 100 lbs and I keep gaining and losing the same pounds. I am terrified. My pouch was never as small as everyone elses in the first place. I( always knew that but I do have the strength to keep myself from gaining I hope!! The holidays just didn't help me at all!! Love, Theresa Z

At least your a whole lot further out than I am, which is just 3 months. I have always been able to eat more than other people after surgery, and I have to weigh or measure my foods so I don't over do it. It takes me a while to even feel full after eating, so that's another reason I watch how much I am putting in my pouch. So far I have lost a total of 50 pounds from my highest weight. I feel like my weight loss is slow, but I am just happy it is coming off. By the way, you look fabulous, you have come a long way. Take care! Mary

I hear ya girls!! I am not eating all of what I put on my plate, and making myself stop. I have been buying the ZONE frozen meals and they have like 24gms of protein and only 4 gms of sugar in most meals or lower, some higher...anyway, I only eat about 1/2 to 2/3rds. Today I got to go to Hollywood and I had to get up at 4:30am, and brave the morning rush hour, at 5am-6am, and had my "headshots" done. I felt like a movie star, it was soooo wonderful having my hair and makeup professionally done by a famous designer, Nick Chavez, the guy on QVC....and some Hollywood makeup artist. The guy who shot my pics will have them up on the website in 48hrs, and I will post the link....I am sooooo excited, I finally am believeing it may actually happen, a role in some tv show or movie. I have 3 pages of lines to memorize, and I am having such a hard time doing it, its not easy!!! Love you guys, thanks for the support!!! I hope we can move closer to Hollywood or LA this coming summer, as its a drag to drive 1.5 hrs for classes and casting calls, etc... Deb PS next week I am going to go to 24hr Fitness to see how much it is to join, and I will be 8 weeks post op next week, and I am SO sore today after posing, and the poses hurt like heck, not natural, although they look natural.
