Hey! I am hoping that we get some snow out of the next system. I hope the ice stays away but a little snow would be beautiful. Also, no school would be even better. All of us teachers are already counting the days until spring break!! Hopefully tomorrow morning I'll be still in my PJ's drinking my lattes and watching the snow. Sounds too good to be true...so it probably is! Rachel

NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My job won't close for ice or snow, but Teagan's daycare follows the Greenville School system , so if I don't make it to work I have to use a VACATION day. UGH!!!!! Plus I can't drive in it and neither can anyone else around here. Kathy

I agree...I homeschool my teenager but I am also the neighborhood crossing guard and I could use a break from the cold and wind for sure!!! This thinner body gets cold now! And I miss snow having lived in Colorado. Have a blessed day either way... In Christ, Joan M

Are we voting? LOL I vote with Kathy on this one ... NOOOOOOO! South Carolinians can't drive in winter weather, and my loved ones will be out there trying to get to work in it. More gray hair for Dawn. (Where is my ocean-front dream house??!!) ~ Dawn

im with dawn!!! NO SNOW OR ICE!!! It means stupid ppl out driving to play in the junk with no where to go but are bored and have wrecks.. which makes my job even harder and we have to work 24/7 when it hits.. 2 yrs ago during the bad ice storm in 10 hours we took 2500 calls for our services!!! we had probably 20 tractor trailers jack-knifed on interstates and side streets not to mention the ones that were stuck from sliding off the roads I was going nuts.. we tried to unplug the phone bc we had so many calls holding, and the 4 line phone hung itself up and it kept ringing.. i was going batty.. Plus my husband and family are out helping people when it does it (we own a heavy duty wrecker service that covers the upstate for those that dont know) so its a real pain!!! STAY OFF THE ROADS!! LOL too dangerous.. Jen

Please pray for a little ice down here in the lowcountry. I am a state employee also and would love to join you tomorrow in my PJ's with a latte Mary

Well, I used to be a state employee so I loved ice days, but now that I work at a hospital? We're open 24/7, so no ice days, no holidays, and since I'm using all my leave with migraines, I'd be on leave without pay -- so I have to vote with the "NO ICE" people. Lisa
