New to South Carolina
Hello everyone
I have just moved to Myrtle Beach,SC 2 weeks ago and I am wondering if there is any local support groups or anyone interested in forming a group...I belonged to a wonderful group in North Carolina and I know I am going to miss them alot...I will be 3yrs post op on February 9th and I have had 14 surgeries since then due to many complications..My health is getting better everyday but now i am struggling cause i actually gained 40 pounds back...the doctors told me it was due to the stress on my body and the medications but it doesnt make me feel any better.....
So if anyone knows of any local groups then please let me know...
Thanks,
Tina Langer

Hello Tina and Welcome to the SC Board
I am down in the Charleston area, but I am sure you will find some people in your area. We are planning a Myrtle Beach trip in March for all the SC board so that will be a good time to met people from the state.
You find the most supportive people here. They are a great bunch!
