Got Psych appointment

Well I go for my psych appointment on Feb 8th at 2pm - I am excited and worried at the same time - I have had a lot of problems with depression and am afraid it will cause me problems. Does any information on this? Nannie

Hi, So happy to read you're all set up for the psych appointment ... and to tell you not to worry. A lot of us have had issues with depression, sometimes simply due to the whole morbid obesity issue! My surgeon told me he sees depression in the overwhleming majority of his patients before surgery. I wish I had more info for you, but I really think your psych will be expecting you to be dealing with some degree of depression. Don't be nervous! ~ Dawn
