Bad news about the beach trip...

So sorry to hear that you won't be able to go and have fun with the girls. I know how disapointing it is, I feel the same way. I have to work that weekend and can't go either, and it's something that I was really wanting to do for myself. I need something to cheer me up and nothing seems to be going my way . I'm OK, just been feeling a little down lately. Dr. Russell told me to increase my happy pill to two a day, lol, I guess I need to do that. I hate my job, I'm stuck on my weight loss, AGAIN, and I always seem to get the blues during the winter time. I will be alright, I just need a new job, some warm sunshine, and my darn weight to go below 200, oh and I can't forget the extra happy pill! I'll help take care of you too! We all really want you to go so you have to!! Don't worry about the little things. You have had a lot of heartache lately with your husband's father passing so please take this trip to rejuvenate yourself. You need to take care of yourself physically and mentally and what better way to do that than with people that you can laugh with, cry with, shop with, and who love you very much!
