I JUST KINDA STRETCHED IT AROUND ME & IT KINDA MET IN THE MIDDLE WITH MUCH EFFORT. NICK SAID IT KINDA LOOKED LIKE IT WOULD FIT SO I BOUGHT IT. THEN, I MET MS BECKY IN THE DOG FOOD SECTION & SHE HAD ONE SO SHE TOTALLY EMBARRASSED HER HUBBY BY TRYING MINE ON IN THE PUPPY AISLE TO SEE IF SHE COULD WEAR A SMALLER ONE. MS TOWANA WEIGHS IN THE 150s & IS A 6-8 & SHE WEARS A "SMALL" WAIST CINCHER. I WEIGH IN THE HIGH 160s & WEAR A 12/LARGE & I WEAR A "LARGE" WAIST CINCHER. MS BECKY WEIGH IN THE 170s BUT I DON'T KNOW HER SIZES BUT SHE GOT THE EXTRA LARGE WAIST CINCHER. GOD BLESS YOU ... DAWN & NICK

Oh my now what would the group do if you and I were therewith them tonight...I don't know maybe the Lord has a reason why I haven't been able to come down to meet with you'all...I would be in trouble with you Miss Thing!!! According to my OB's scale I haven't lost anything recently I think I am in my first real official stall I am sooo irritated. Though it's that much more of a push for me to get my rear moving. I am going to the Gym for the first time tonite with a friend of mine. I soo can't wait. I used to go daily when I was still in Texas and loved all the extra energy I had from it. I know I will feel like a whole new person once I get started.. So hopefully by the time you are ready for updates next time I will have some better news!

Not to worry ... One thing about this process ... Once your body is ready, it will lose weight again. It is smarter than our brains are!
