Thanks Mary...we had a blast
Rose made the "orange stuff" - so good. I made the cheesecake, which is VERY easy.
Use a graham cracker pie crust. Mix up a sugar-free jello cheesecake pudding as directed for pie on the side of the package (for 2 pies I used 3 boxes to make it a little fuller). Then pour into the pie crust and let set overnight...add blueberries, strawberries, etc. and top with Cool Whip Light. Sometimes I buy the larger pic crust and use 2 packages of pudding - puts more of the cheesecake pudding in each bite.
You can also use the other sugar free puddings - banana with slices of bannanas and the vanilla waiver pie crust is great. and I have also made the chocolate - which satisfies the chocolate lover in me...
Enjoy!
Susann

Sounds great. They actually have sugar free graham cracker crusts out there now. I forget where I found it, though. I have also taken the Voortman "oreo-type" sugar free cookies and crushed them up to make a SF chocolate crust. You could then us raspberries, SF raspberry preserves or All-fruit topping drizzled on it for an elegant presentation.
Deb and I will be out of town that weekend. We're going to NC to go skiing! At least I am - she'll be resting and keeping warm in the cozy lodge while me and all 4 kid**** the slopes. Is there any other weekend we could do it the following weekend at your house? I'd hate to miss it. If you can't change it, don't worry about us. We'll make the next one.
Thanks,
Susan
