Good Morning!!!!!
I don't have any suggestions (I'm in such a rut myself), but here is what I have had.
8:00 - a banana
9:00 - a power crunch bar (chocolate)
10:00 - a miniature box of raisins (you know...gotta stay regular!!)
I need to stop eating for now, so I can start drinking water....I have leftovers from last night for lunch. All I did was saute onions and cut up chicken breast.....so simple and so good!! It actually kept me full all night (which was a good thing!!!).
Then I'm going out to dinner somewhere, I think....

Boy! Ain't it just a lovely day today. We had a 2 hour delay this morning for school so it gave me time to enjoy a cup of latte that I made with my new machine. I absolutely love it!! yummmmmm!! I made it with fat free milk and sugar free torani's syrup. It was great. Then around 9:00am, I had a pure protein bar. I was reminded again this morning when I washed my hair why I need to eat my protein!
I don't think I am gonna have any hair left!! I started taking my hair, skin, and nail vitamins like Patti suggested. Maybe that will help.

I'm doing good today. I had a CIB with 2% milk and a scoop of Any Whey protein powder for breakfast (33g). I have that every morning and love it!
Now I am eating the first half of a pastrami and swiss sandwich on whole wheat bread. I'll eat the other half this afternoon.
For a snack I have some mozz. string cheese and of course lots of water throughout the day.
