What's wrong with me??
Hey. We sound about like the same. I am 3 months out but I started out at 235. When I was at 2 months out I weighed around the same thing you weigh now. I looked back in my calendar and at my 2 month anniversary I weighed 197.2. I am now at 185 so as you can see it isn't that fast either. Keep doing what you are doing. Hang in there. My Doctor said I was right on track so if I am, maybe you are too!!

P.S. I also gained 1 lb during a 4 day period but it came off the next week. It was just fluid.

Hi Susan,
THere is nothing wrong with you as the others have said...Everyone is SO different- Like Becky, I gain 7 months FAITHFULLY every month and then lose it all again when it's all over. Imagine my surprise when Ii gained the same 7 pounds the month AFTER having a hysterectomy!!! Well I did- what I realized is hormones don't change just cause the location of your uterus did!!! At any rate, don't panic!! That's the worst thing that you can do... Keep on with all that you do including adding a food journal, this will be the biggest help of all!!
Best,
Towana
Sweetie, you are doing great!!!!
You are eating your protein and working out and doing all that you are suppose to do. There is nothing wrong with you. You are you and can't compare yourself to others.
I have a feeling that I will be a slow looser too, but I will be so happy to follow in your footsteps. You are setting great examples for me and many others.
Keep up the great work.

Thank you, ladies. Words cannot express how grateful I am to be a part of this family. I am going to take the advice given me and keep my chin up, keep on keeping on, and get rid of the scale for a while. You guys are so wonderful - it makes me feel so good to know so many people truly care about me. I am a blessed person to have you all in my life! Thank you, God.
Susan
P.S. - Happy Birthday, Daddy!

Water and Muscle weigh more than fat. Plus, when you gain that fast, it is water, because it is physically IMPOSSIBLE to gain that fast, fat.
I did it too, and my hubby told me that 1 gallon of water weighs 7pounds, so believe me, you did not gain weight!!
Are you getting smaller in your clothes??? If you are, then no worries. I would do that, and then a week later, I would drop like 10 pounds almost overnight. It is water, so drink up and pee it out!!
I know so many people say not to weigh everyday.....phooey on them!!! That is what keeps me honest and on track, and then I know if its water and/or muscle or fat. If you steadily gain 2 pounds a week, for like a month, then you have a problem. If you are gaining like 2 pounds a day for a few days, then drop it down, then forget about it.
I know intellectually, you know what I am saying is right, but when it happens it sucks, and you get emotional.
Just stay on track, protein 1st, then veggies, then a little fat for flavor, and you will be good and safe. You will have some spikes, but overall success is what counts
Love ya!!
NO WORRIES
Deb
