I dumped on peanut butter!!!

Ok, Ok..I'll fess up...It was in the middle of a Reese's peanut butter cup. But I DUMPED. I was sicker than a dog and wanted to DIE. I thought I didn't dump anymore. So now I know that it i**** or miss. So woo hoo! Maybe I can get myself under control again. Kathy

I don't know what to say..yeah!!!!! or I'm so sorry. I agree with Rachel...sometimes I wish that I did dump more as a safety net. I pretty much know that I can eat anything and that can be sooooo hard sometimes!!!! Are you working this week? Maybe we can meet with the girls tomorrow around lunch time if you want. Was it a regular size one or a minature? I can have some sweets that are in the minature form. So I know what you mean about getting back under control. I realized I can eat a few of the Special Dark Minatures! Bad Julie! Now I am addicted to them and crave them. It is so strange, I went almost 2 months after surgery not craving anything sweet but as the time as progressed that sweet tooth is back with a vengence. I have no idea what to do. Julie

Hey Julie! Welcome to my life!!!!!! I know exactly what you are talking about. I had no candy for 6 months after surgery. Then came Halloween and my problems started!!! They always said it was not a cure all.....but a TOOL for US to USE!!!! I keep having to remind myself of that!!! Melissa

I regular sized cup. I will have to say that I actually entertained the thought of buying a king sized hershey bar with almonds. I KNOW! I've lost all control! It is a long story of how the chocolate ended up in my hands, but lets just say and unexpected procedure at the dentist, a bad rection to the novocaine, a brand new $600 dentist bill (after insurance), not having eaten for the past 6 hours, my rush to get back to work and the search for pain medication had alot to do with it. I'm NOT making excuses. I have protien bars in my desk and I could have waited. Anyway, I paid dearly and I'll TRY to never do it again. Gotta get in bikini shape for the summer. Mr Reeses is NOT gonna help me get there! Kathy

Yep, hate those dentist. The last time I went it cost me about $1500 after insurance. Sounds like you had a stressful day, like mine yesturday. It was looking like I could not do what I wanted about quitting my full-time job and my dream of having a puppy empire was in trouble when a co-worker brought in a large batch of Rice krispy treats and homemade candy as a belated christmas gift. All for me. Needless to say the Rice Krispy treats are out of here but I did have some of the homemade candy. Bad Julie! I did not pay dearly in the form of getting sick but I paid in the form of I was beating myself up. I hate the fact that I fall back on my old habits when times get tough! Just something else to improve on. I think you are brave trying to get in a bikini... YOU GO GIRL! I do not think I will ever be able to do that. I will end up with the body but the self-image just will never be there. Just like I will never wear tank tops, even if I get the upper arms down. They scare me. Take Care, Julie
