Myrtle Beach dates & rates

The Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach has been chosen for the South Carolina Bypass Buddies get together. Date: March 23, 24 & 25 (Fri Sat Sun) Prices listed are for beachfront rooms. We can request rooms to be all on the same floor. Katie, the lady that handles group rates will call me back tomorrow, but we have to have 10 or more rooms to get a group rate. Prices, including room rate, tax and resort fee, for the weekend: Room N= $184.99 Oceanfront executive suite 2 double beds & tv in a room with kitchen and bathroom seperating another room with a pull down wall bed, small couch, table and 4 chairs with balcony. Room A= $154.37 Oceanfront 2 double beds, fridge, microwave in one room with a balcony You may visit the Landmark Resort site and choose another room, that might even cost a little less, but will not be beachfront. In order to get an idea of number of rooms we need, please post here who is going and who you plan to share a room with. It will be best when all of the information is in, that you call and make your own reservations. That way no one person handles anyone else's money. I will post any further info as it comes in, but please, please, if you plan to go, list it here with who you plan to room with. Thanks yall Deb G

Looks like its not gonna be enough people to have 10 rooms? but thats just me thinking. lol.. but i know our room is gonna be Kathy, Rachel, Me, Patti, Pam, and DAWN!!!! (yes dawn youre going lmao ) we're gonna get room N .. or at least the last i heard we were!? LOL jen

Maybe if we can convince a couple more of the upstate ladies to go, we can get 2 rooms for us.... Watch out Myrtle Beach, here we come! Kathy

We may need to think about getting joining rooms. Having 7 in one room is getting a little crowded. Cheap but crowded!! Rachel

There is a penthouse suite that is open for that weekend, but you have to stay 3 nights not 2 nights. I lost the price for that, I want to say it was six hundred or more. It was a 4 room penthouse, 2 rooms with 2 double beds, one room with a king bed and one room with a kitchen and livingroom area, all beachfront with a balcony. I had priced it for Thursday through Sunday. My advice is not to tell them how many are staying in the room when you register. We always say, 2 adults & 2 children. Any over that, they usually charge you $10. more per person. I'm not saying to lie, just leave out some parts.

I actually looked at that suite and wondered why it wasn't open. Anyone up for staying an extra night??? Kathy
