POOR THING ... WE'VE ALL DONE IT! BUT, DUMPING IS THE GREATEST TEACHER. I READ LABELS LIKE A CRAZY PERSON NOW.
TRY TO STAY AROUND 4 GRAMS OF SUGAR PER SERVING & YOU SHOULD BE OK UNLESS YOU ARE EXTREMELY SENSITIVE TO SUGAR. MOST GOOD PROTEIN BARS HAVE 4-7 GRAMS.
ACTUALLY, WITH ALL THE WONDERFUL SPLENDA PRODUCTS, I'M SHOCKED THAT I REALLY DON'T MISS SUGAR PRODUCTS. I LIVED ON THEM PRIOR TO SURGERY ... ESPECIALLY CHOCOLATE. MS CHERYL & I JOKE THAT WE THINK DR BYRNE'S PERFORMED SURGERY ON OUR BRAINS AS WELL AS OUR STOMACHS CUZ WE CAME OUT OF SURGERY WANTING TOTALLY DIFFERENT FOODS. WIERD!
