Myrtle Beach Getaway Poll

I think for Deb's sake we should do the following: If you are interested, answer a definite yes or no to the dates she proposed. This way she can settle on a date that the MAJORITY can attend. If you still want to go, but can't do either, propose a new date just in case there is a tie. Sound ok? Here's mine. March: YES May: YES Alternate dates: I'm open, I'd leave THIS weekend if I could. Well said Kathy Poor Deb, I'm glad she volunteered to head up this task. I have a hard enough time getting my family together every year to go on a vacation. I've gotten to the point that I reserve a large house at ocean lakes in surfside beach and tell them when the date is, if you can go that is great or if you can't then that is too bad, we'll miss ya. My vote: March YES May YES

I think over Memorial Day they have either biker's week or black biker's week and both events bring a HUGE crowd into MB and I am sure the rooms would be higher (if available), so I think those dates might not work... Susann

That is Black Bike Week every year,not a good time to be there, Harley week is 2nd week in May and that rocks!
