I finally broke down and bought some new clothes for the first time since surgery. It was totally surreal shopping in the JUNIORS section!!The funny part most the time instead of not finding things cause everything was too small this time everything I was finding was too big. Not something I am used to. Though I can get used to this. I think I am going to have to go back again tomorrow it was soo much fun.

Enjoy it all you want... You deserve it. You can not keep from clothes shopping now, even if I do not need it or will have to replace it by next year. Have fun shopping! Julie

Oh I am Julie. I knew I was going to have to break down and get some clothes sooner or later, can only wear my maternity clothes for so long after having the baby before I look silly. LOL

Remember those days when you would hear about women who would give birth and within weeks would fit into their old clothes again. Then you wanted to slap them silly? (At least I did.:haha) Now you actually fit into SMALLER clothes than before pregnancy! Would you have ever believed it? I'm so happy for you! BUT I will admit I still I want to slap you silly because YOU get to go home to that precious baby every night and I'm jealous. Kathy

I know isn't it great. The funny thing is the first week after I had her I lost over 40 pounds. Not to shabby if you ask me. Would have been nice to have done that with my other kids!!!! I went back out and got some more clothes so I think I am good for now till these get too big for me. Then this weekend I am going through all my old stuff and clearing out my closet. It's going to be great to finally be rid of all my "fat" clothes once and for all. As for being jealous cause of the baby, that is sweet. She is an angel as long as she is getting her way that is lol ... She has already in her first month proven that she IS the boss and everyone will do as she wants.

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ... NICK & I WENT TO WAL*MART LOOKING FOR DRESSY SLACKS ... I LOOKED UP AT THE SIGN & WE HAD AUTOMATICALLY WALKED INTO THE "WOMEN'S" DEPARTMENT ... IT WAS SO FUNNY TO SAY, "UHHH HONEY, THESE CLOTHES ARE TOO BIG FOR ME; WE HAVE TO GO TO THE SMALLER SECTION!" TOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU ... DAWN & NICk

Oh I can't wait to be shopping for regular sized clothes. I remember once, I had lost quite a bit of weight, and while walking through the mall I said oh I am so glad I can't shop at Lane Bryants anymore. It wasn't too long before I found myself shopping there again and at the woman's section in Wal-mart. Everytime I lost it, it always came back plus more. Not this time!! It will be gone forever!!!
