Am I eating enough?
Hello,
I'd like hear someone else's opinion. I need to know if I am eating enough.
I usually have:
Br.- 1 Protein Drink (Body Fortress)
Sn.- 1oz Cheese or, SF/FF Applesauce.......or my favorite.....Protein Pudding
Sf/FF Yogurt
Lu.- Broth, soup,(1/2 cup) or Tuna/Chicken salad or Vegetable Medley's (Hot or Cold)
Sn.- 1 Protein Drink
Din.- Morning Star products w/ 1/4 Soup or Broth
or 1/2 cup dish (Vegetable w/ 1oz meat.)
Sn.- Protein Pudding (3oz's) or 1 cup Coffee, or SF/FF Applesauce
or 1 oz. String Cheese
Lots of Crystal Lite, all of my supplements. (water hurts)
Unfortunately I have a lot of gas and I am horribly constipated. I use an enema once a week.
I have lost 91 pounds in 4 1/2 weeks. I am now on a 16 day stall. Whats wrong? I think I am losing inches.....but the scale is not moving.
I just try to stick with about 4 oz of food.. but on the note about you losing 91 lbs in 41/2 weeks and now being on a stall.. Thats expected. For you to lose so much weight so quickly, your body has to have an adjustment phase for your metabolism to "Restart" itself almost.. my doc told me id probably have alot of these since i lost alot so quick.. that it was normal and to keep doing what im doing and it will jump down soon as it did.. And its so true, when the scale isnt moving.. your pants size usually will go down! good job...
