3 month check-up

All is well, down 75lbs in 83 days. Next visit April 07, we'll do labs then. Sorry I missed the LCBB meeting. It was a busy week, and I took that opportunity to just relax at home. Eddie

Sounds like a great check up congrats on the excellent loss!! I wouldn't stress missing the meeting sometimes we all need a night to just sit back and relax. I know I have needed my fair share lately.
