Exercise Idea
Hey,
I am trying to get really motivated into this exercise thing. I am really into rewards so I thought about this. What if I keep a chart of how many miles everyone walks. We could post our milage once a week, or email it to me. When we reach the square milage of SC (31,113 square miles), we could plan a huge blowout party or picnic somewhere centrally.
We could also plan group walks occasionally, like all get together to walk to bridge. I would love to come to the upstate and do some walks and meet you guys.

I am in for exercising but think I will have to work up to the bridge....don't know if I could do it now. How many people are here in Goose Creek area? If we can find somewhere lighted we could meet at night and walk at least 3 times a week. What do you guys think????? If we can start out at 30 minutes we can add a little every wee****il we can walk for 1 hour 3 times a week. What do you think???

THIS SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT IDEA; EXERCISE IS THE ONLY THING I JUST HAVEN'T DONE NO MATTER HOW MUCH I HAVE SAID I'M GOING TO ... REMEMBER WHEN WE WERE KEEPING THE WEIGHT LOSS STATS HERE ON THE BOARD, IT WAS REALLY AN ENCOURAGEMENT, SO THIS WILL BE AS WELL.
I CAN MARK OUT A PATH AROUND MY NEIGHBORHOOD & NOTE THE MILEAGE DOWN AT CERTAIN INTERVALS. I'M IN SUCH BAD SHAPE THAT I MAY ONLY BE ABLE TO START WITH 10 MINUTES BUT, IT WILL BE A START. NATASHA (OUR POOCH) WOULD LOVE A DAILY WALK.
IF WE GIVE YOU OUR NUMBERS ON SUNDAY EVENING, YOU COULD POST THEM SO THEY WOULD BE AN INSPIRATION FOR THE BEGINNING OF EACH WEEK??? WERE YOU THINKING ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THAT?
