DRAIN FREE and other things.....

Hello All, Today I am officially DRAIN FREE!!! not only am I drain free, I have reached and passed Dr. Byrne's goal of 160, and today I find myself @ 156 pounds!!!! I have added some new pics to my website- weight loss is a phenomenal thing!!! I am still quite swollen, however I am comfortably in a size 8 and VERY happy here!! Last week Tayelor and I stood in my pajamas from last year before the weight loss...WOW!!! For the first time in my LIFE I was able to wrap a towel around my WHOLE BODY, and have enough to WRAP me entirely!!!! GOD IS GOOD!!!! I am so excited about the towel, I had everybody pause in my house and participate in my moment of silence- crazy I know- but nevertheless a GREAT feeling!!! Sharing... Towana

OK, I GOTTA DOUBLE MY EFFORTS & BREAK THIS STALL ... I WANNA BE IN THE 150s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SIZE 8 - WHOAH! ... THE LOWEST I CAN EVEN REMEMBER WAS ME BEING IN A SIZE 9 IN JR HIGH SCHOOL & AGAIN IN MY MID 20s ... BUT, I WENT FROM KID'S SIZES RIGHT TO SIZE 9 ... COMPLETELY MISSED 2 - 8 SO ... WOW, GIRL! WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU IN PERSON! GOD BLESS YOU ... DAWN & NICk
