Sabroso's sounds fine to me. Lots of high protien stuff I can eat there.
HOWEVER, if you see me eating chips, I want you to punch me right in the pouch. I am working really hard to get rid of the carb monkey I picked up over the holidays. I've done good so far, I don't want to ruin it.
MS BARBARA TAUGHT ME A LITTLE TRICK TO CUT THE CARBS ... USE CELERY STICKS INSTEAD OF CHIPS OR CRACKERS FOR A FEW BITES WITH DIPS, CHEESES & PEANUT BUTTER SNACKS. IF YOU'RE GOING TO A PLACE LIKE A MEXICAN RESTUARANT, THEN TAKE A FEW CELERY STICKS IN A BAGGY WITH YOU & YOU CAN STILL ENJOY THE SALSA OR DIP BUT NOT EAT THE CARB-FILLED CHIPS.
I GET REAL TIRED OF UNSWEETENED (usually watered-down****D TEA WITH SPLENDA AT RESTUARANTS, SO I'M TAKING AN INDIVIDUAL WATER BOTTLE IN MY BAG THAT I PUT SOME CRYSTAL LITE IN & I SIP THAT AT RESTUARANTS NOW ... MAYBE JUST ASK FOR A CUP OF ICE TO POUR IT INTO. I DON'T MAKE A BIG DEAL OF IT SINCE THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING FOOD & DRINKS, BUT IF I'M ASKED, I JUST SAY THAT I'M ON A SPECIAL DIET & THAT USUALLY SUFFICES.

One of my friends got me hooked on it. No classes, its pretty easy. I do it for fun mostly. I made all the females in my family gifts for Christmas and Hanukkah. Everyone says I should be selling the stuff, but then it would become work and right now this is my fun hobby. It relieves stress and keeps me from grazing. I don't want to ruin it.
Besides, it seems that EVERYONE makes jewelry right now. The market may be too saturated.
NOW THAT YOU HAVE MADE THEM FOR ALL YOUR RELATIVES, YOU CAN KEEP RIGHT ON MAKING MORE FOR ALL OF US HERE ON THE BOARD!

THAT IS A GREAT IDEA TO KEEP YOU FROM GRAZING. I STARTED THAT OVER THE HOLIDAY AS I WAS COOKING BIG MEALS FOR MY FAMILY & THERE WAS FOOD EVERYWHERE ... &, I HAD TO MAKE A R-E-A-L EFFORT TO CHANGE THAT BAD HABIT BEFORE I REALLY WENT OVERBOARD ... BUT, BY THE TIME I STOPPED THE GRAZING, I HAD GAINED ALMOST 3 #s ... I STILL HAVE 1.8 #s OF IT TO GET OFF! THE WEIGHT PACKS ON IN A NANO-SECOND BUT IT TAKES WEEKS TO GET THOSE SAME POUND
OFF AGAIN. UUUGGGHHH! THAT'S ONE OF THE REASONS I WEIGH EVERY SINGLE DAY ... SO I CAN CATCH MYSELF IF I'M GOOFING UP (which I seem to be able to do quite regularly!)
