FOR BEING ONLY 18 DAYS OUT, I THINK YOU LOOK FABULOUS, MS DEB! YOUR ABDOMEN & TUMMY ARE SO FLAT, THEY LOOK AMAZING. I THINK ONCE YOUR SWELLING GOES DOWN, YOUR CURVES WILL SHOW WONDERFULLY! I JUST SAW A PROGRAM ON DISCOVERY HEALTH & THEY WERE SAYING THAT PLASTIC SURGERY IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL! DEALING WITH ALL THAT PAIN IS PROBABLY WHAT IS KEEPING YOU SO UNHAPPY & EMOTIONAL ... ONCE THAT GOES AWAY, YOU'LL BE BACK TO YOURSELF, GIRL!!!!!!! ARE YOU GOING RIGHT BACK IN FOR MORE PLASTIC SURGERY OR ARE YOU GONNA WAIT A LITTLE WHILE? GOD BLESS YOU ... DAWN & NICk

oh my!! Look at how flat that tummy is! You went through so much and hurt so bad, maybe after the pain and swelling goes away, you will notice more and be in a better frame of mind. I hate it that you hurt so bad. About 11 years ago I had a breast reduction. I hated it. Things didn't seem even, I hated the scars, I was in sooooo much pain. After some time went by, the pain went away, the scars faded and I began to accept the choice that I had made to have smaller breast. I had carried those watermellon boobs around for 34 years. I was used to them being there, I had to get used to them being gone. I was used to men talking to my chest and not my head, I had to get used to having conversation and not letting my boobs do the talking. Once my head accepted it, I quit finding fault in myself. Look at the wonderful person you are inside and not at the healing scars on the outside. You look beautiful!!!!! You inspire and incourrage so many people, you are truely an angel. Deb G

Deb, You look great !!!! Remember it takes a while for the body to heal, even longer when losers like us have limited nutritional intake...wait for another few weeks then when the swelling does down you'll be pleased. We are in this for the long haul girl...it took time for us to get so obese and it'll take time for us to reach our own personal goals...look at how much you have acheived this year!!!!! so keep up with the protein and the fluids, increase them if you can. Take care, be healthy love lesley
