update and Happy New Year everyone

I have lost a total of 48 pounds I wanted to be under 200 for the new year so bad but I didn't make it so I changed my goal to my birthday which is Jan 8th I will be 37. I feel like I will able to meet that goal, I just need to eat more protein and drink more water. I have a hard time getting all those liquids in a day. But I am working hard and doing better but I know I am not doing well enough. Anyway hope you all have a great New Year..Sandra how do you add the tickers for weight lose?

You are doing GREAT, Sandra! I know you will reach your goal by the 8th! I use a ticker from www.choosing2lose.com since ticker factory now requires you to sign in with a pin, and I can't remember mine...I got locked out! lol I tried to create a new ticker, and they still want the original pin number.
