6 Months post op PIC!

I posted my newest pic on my profile! 6 months out and down 121lbs as of today! WOOHOO!! I had a big WOW moment this last week...I bought 2 sweaters size XL!! And in the normal size section!! My lower half still has to shop in the plus sized section, but woohoo!! I don't think I can remember the last time I shopped in the regular section...at least 17 years ago!

Wow, my youngest daughter and I just checked out your site...you are doing so good. You look so much younger!!! Isn't the Lord good to bless us with this new life. I know you felt great shopping in the smaller section and it won't be long before you can get upper AND lower in the smaller section. Love in Him, Joan M

LOL Having just turned 35 on the 15th, I'm all for looking younger! My father in law said I'm starting to look more like I did when my hubby and I were dating...that's nice to know!

You definetly had a wonderful Christmas present, 121 pounds gone! You don't even look like the same person as your before pictures. I know the excitement of getting into smaller clothes has to be a great feeling. I just get excited trying on the clothes that "shrunk" while hanging in my closet and got packed up in boxes that were headed for the nearest goodwill. I look so forward to buying new clothes in the regular sizes, i'm tired of the old lady look, lol! Have a very Happy New Year!

Thank you, Mary! I'm glad to know that I don't look like the same person anymore...I hated the way I looked last year!! I know exactly what you mean about the old lady look! I have never been so happy about packing up clothes for Goodwill.
