gross poop question...

Ok....got a nasty poop question. I haven't experienced this since 2 weeks out of surgery (I'm 11 weeks). I went to use the bathroom tonight (pee pee) and there was a nice surprise in my underwear. It appears that when I pooted a little poopy came out.... TOLD YOU IT WAS GROSS!!! I didn't even feel it. Also, it wasn't runny....just very sticky. I didn't eat anything unusual today, so I don't know what caused it. Does this happen to anyone from time to time? My first experience to never trust a fart came right out of surgery. I though I was over it. At least I didn't mess up the floor this time... Rachel

OMG no I'm not laughing. My fear is doing that on the operating table. I bet they wouldn't even tell me if I did. Deb G

This has not happened to me (except for when I took Xenical...) You might want to talk with someone in Dr. Bour's office. I'm sure they don't expect you to have to check your pants everytime you have gas...or else I would be in BIG trouble. LOL! Did you eat something that was a little higher in fat maybe? We don't absorb all the fat we eat (just like when I was on Xenical) and this can cause some extra output. Either way, I hope it never happens to you again! :love : Kathy

I didn't think about that maybe I had eaten more fat. Don't get me wrong...this is not something normal for me. Normally I fart with no problem....This was the first time since I sharted on my floor 2 weeks post op. Rachel

Ok... while were on the subject of poop.. and I feel as tho I can ask y'all ANYTHING... here goes... my poop is always a beige color.. not dark brown like it use to be.. kinda yellowish/beige... anyone else?

What are you drinking? Because I drink the Walmart brand of crystal light - but it's a grape flavor a lot. If I have been drinking this and nothing else for a couple of days, it will turn my poop a light green color. As long as it's still coming out daily, I'm not worried about it!! Hugs, Dianne

LOL! I deal with poop all day at work, come home and dang having to deal with it on here now. It's too funny! Mine is that same light color alot, I think it depends on what you have been eating. I don't worry about it, as long as I am going and not pooping myself anymore, like I was the first two weeks after surgery. Be happy your not blocked up! Hugs! Mary
