Need help with hair loss
Get some Hair Skin and Nails vitamins. They have 3000 mcg of biotin in them (biotin is the thing that everyone recommends) as well as calcium and stuff like that. I usually get mine at Krogers or Wal-Mart. I still take three a day, every day. My hair is growing back nicely, and my fingernails are SO much stronger than they were!
I also recommend patience. It's a normal side effect. It's just so hard to see it that way when your hair is falling out like crazy! I had asked my husband to clean out my brush every day so I wouldn't see how much I was losing.

Mine started falling out at around three months and slowed down a little after six months. Now it grows VERY VERY slow. Especially compared to before.
I took Biotin and I am not sure if that is what helped or if it just slowed down on its own.
Keep up the protien though. Mine seems to be falling again - not nearly as bad as before - but I am not sure if it is just my seasonal shed or the fact that my protien intake is getting sloppy...

I remember you going thru that, and I had hoped I would be Superwoman and none of that would happen to me..... WEll here I am ! I still have a hart time with protein and water intake, Chris fussed at me this morning after getting on those scales tht read everything in your body!!!!!
I am going to get on the ball.
