Pain!!

I figured out I could jog a little last Friday. So since then, I had been walking my first mile, then jogging the mile back home. Well, I was pretty sore, but no big deal. Then on Monday evening, my back was sore, so I tried to stretch it out. I had the back muscle from hell cramp up on me! Since then it has been so painful! I am keeping heat on it, and taking Tylenol. Sooo not fun! I guess I need to back off on the jogging...start into it nice and slow and work up to a mile. I'll do that, as soon as my back feels better! Hope you all are doing better than me. Slow and steady wins the race. I can't tell you how many times I've jumped into an exercise program only to suffer some injury that sidelined me, and I eventually quit altogether. NOT THIS TIME. The race is long, and I want to be a contender at the finish line.
