1 week post-op and -13 !!!

I had my 1 week post op appointment yesterday and I've lost 13 pounds and 4 oz. !!! I can not believe how great I feel... and I have so much energy! I was released to go back to work on the 11th... I could have gone back this week.. but Marylee said NO! I haven't had any pain meds what so ever... and the one stitch I did have, she took out yesterday.. I do get tired in the afternoons, and find myself taking a power nap about 1 or so.. but... I'm so ready to get back to my normal life!

You are doing great!!! I was taking power naps 2-3 months out. Rest when your body tells you it needs it. Normal will come sooner than later. I'm so happy for you. Congratulations! Hugs, Melony
