My Turn for Plastics Next Week!!!

First of all, this is a LONG email, so remember, you were fair warned ;) 
This is part of an email I sent to Kylee because I hate to re-type that much!
I will keep you guys updated from Mexico, and post pics on my picture trail when I get them. Anyway, here is the story

Love you guys!!! You are a great support.....still, and even 3,000 miles away!
Just a week from today I head south of the border to Tijuana for my plastics!!!
The 11th I have my pre-op and then the 12th I am having my teeth cleaned and ZOOM bleaching done with a dentist down there. He is a cutie doc, only 28...the dentist! WOW, if I weren't married, what a hunk!! and a rich hunk too!! I will be staying at a recovery house (haha, sounds like something for drug addicts) and the lady who owns it is American. So, I will stay with her the whole time, and they have a driver who will take me back and forth to my appointments, all food and everything is included for $130 per day, not bad for 24/7 care!!
Then on the 13th, next Wed is my surgery. I am having the Lower Body Lift done. That is like having an extended Tummy Tuck, outer thigh lift, buttocks lift and augmentation, and skin removal all the way around, and lipo sculpting all in one. I am soooo excited!! but nervous too. Its an incision all the way around my whole body, like a lady getting cut in half at the magic show. 
Dr. Fuentes said he will probably get about 5-8 lbs of skin/fat total....which is like WOWIE!! 
I weigh 148, STILL!! So, hopefully I will get through the 140's with this procedure, and my goal is to get to 139.9...just somewhere in the 130's since I haven't seen them since I was first pregnant with my oldest son, Tyler, who is 20. I lost down to 129 because of morning sickness, so that would be super skinny!! 
I am excited and SO ready to get this OVER with!! Then the next surgery will be Inner Thighs and Boobs, and he will also do an arm lift and small forehead lift. I thought I had a lazy right eye all my life and asked him about an eye lift, but he said if he would do a forehead lift instead, it would remove extra skin, and lift my eye that way, and no incisions. He said he will do a longer incision over my right eye, in my hair line and then a smaller one over my left eye and that will make them even and more open, rather than extra skin over my eyes. 
I know that Susann said she would be coming out next year, and I will go with her to see Dr Fuentes at that time, as she wants to meet with him. I have no problem with that, and I love, love that man. He is AWESOME and I totally trust him and he was trained not only at the top hospital in Mexico, and graduated top in his class, but also he did a fellowship with a top surgeon in Beverly Hills for a year and also in Texas at University of Texas I think it was.
My primary care doc was awesome today, she gave me all the meds I will need for my surgery, Dilaudid and Pheneragan for pain and nausea (they are REALLY strict in Mexico and do not prescribe meds for more than a few days at a time only if you have cancer or surgical pain....lots of opportunity for black market, so the feds are hard on the Mexican docs) and they only give percocet, so forget that, I can't take it and Dilaudid is BIG time strong. She also gave me some Colace for constipation while I am there, since my incision will go all the way around, I am expecting lots of pain, but hoping for not much pain.....you know, expect the worst, and hope for the best
Well, this has been longer than I thought! I saw a pic of Britty today on her Myspace, and WOW she looks totally different, and what a flat tummy! I swear I would not have recognized her if I passed her on the street! Also, Dawn in her new pics, and Rebecca!! Everyone has done wonderfully!! I saw some pre op pics of Towana and I swear I just can't believe her now!!! Everyone!!!!
I promise to share pre and post op pics when I get them....I will email and post them on my picturetrail, and password it, since its going to be graphic and nude!! Dr. Fuentes will take pics before, DURING, and after surgery if you ask him, and I don't mind. They do not have malpractice insurance down there, so you can get the whole thing!!
I saw some during pics of a friend, but she asked not to share them, and they are graphic!! If you ever wondered what you look like without skin, I saw it when the doc had all hers lifted up!!! She lost 230lbs with WLS, so she really looks different!

PS....I did not do the movie this past weekend 
I was too afraid of getting sick because we were in the 30's and the Santa Ana winds were whipping and of course we had our first real rain then, and I just couldn't go sit in the cold for 8 hrs waiting for my shot to be called. Oh well, next time I am going to try to get into this "extra" class end of January that a casting director is doing at my school. He is teaching acting for commercials and casts Pizza Hut, Target, Folgers, etc...all of the biggies, so who knows, you might see me in a commercial as he always auditions his own students!
Things seem to be opening up for me in acting, so we shall see!!

Is Tommy going with you? How long do you stay in Mexico before you are OK to travel?
Sending prayers & can't wait to see your pics. Yeah, I watch all those surgery programs on Discovery Health so I've seen the during & it is so weird looking when they open you up.
Are you having your tummy muscles tightened & are you having the incision from your breast bone down to your belly button to tighten the skin side to side? Did you see Kimberly's pics? Oh my gosh, you just can't believe the difference in her!
