Travelocity Warning

I just thought I would share this with everyone... I will never use these people. They lied to me. I called 3 weeks ago to book a hotel room in Hilton Head for this weekend. I called and spoke to a representation at Travelocity about any cancelation fees or penalties should I need to do so. She told me no, as long as I canceled by the day before at 3pm. I just called to cancel and was told there would be a $25 cancelation fee. I told them that I was not told about that and that I am not happy and will never use them again. I thought I would warn you guys. Still going to Hilton Head for massive shopping trip! YEA!!!!!!!!! Julie
