I'm Home!

Thanks for all the prayers and your support! I am doing well, in ALOT of pain. I am taking my pain meds every four hours, but I do have a FLAT tummy. I got a good look at my incision and all today and Dr. Young did an excellent job. The only problem I am having is my blood pressure is bottoming out and I actually passed out this morning at the hospital. Thankfully Rob was there to catch me. The lowest it has been is 80/54. And they still released me. I have an appt tomorrow with my surgeon so I will ask about that tomorrow. Everyone have a great night and thanks again! Hugs to all! Britt

Hey Baby!! Glad to hear you are home. My BP bottomed out after surgery too...anesthesia and also was like yours, 70/50 something. They said it was due to getting up too quickly, so just sit on the side of your bed, dangle, dangle and let your feet hang and get up slowly. DRINK lots of Propel.....its like gatorade, and surgeon here said to drink tons of it after surgery....for your electrolytes. I can't wait to see your flat tummy!! I am just a few weeks away!! Miss you lots!! Stay on your drugs and take it easy!! EAT LOTS OF PROTEIN!!! Miss you! Praying for you still!! Love ya, ((((hugs)))) Deb
