A little sip of heaven....

I found something wonderful and I just wanted to share. You may know about this but I love it and wanted to share just in case. General Foods International French Vanilla Cafe - Sugar Free (Decaf) and Redi whip on top (less than 1 gram of sugar in 2 tablespoons) A little sugar free vanilla syrup!!! So yummy...feels like I am being bad but I'm not. Rachel

Girl, I found that a long time ago!! You are right, it is heaven!!! I am sooo addicted now to Venti SF French Vanilla, Non Fat Latte from Starbucks!! I also have great supplies of Caramel DaVinci syrup and it is good over some skinned, granny smith apples....tastes great! Also try the Diet Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate, not the No Sugar added, as it has more sugar than the diet??? Add the redi whipped cream on top! Sliced strawberries with redi whip, and I buy the mixed fruit with whipped cream on top! It was sooo good!!! I used to do the International FV Sugar Free mixed in coffe with reddi whip on top too. YUMMMY PS anything with reddi whip is great!! haha!!! Thanks for sharing!!!!! )) PS Add some Pumpkin pie spice and you will love it more! Deb

Deb, I love the Starbucks too. The first time I had the skinny vanilla Latte I thought that I had eaten a dessert. Have the tried the Cafe au Lait with the french vanilla, its really good, a latte with a little less milk and more coffee Take Care Mary

Mmm! I love the SF French Van. Cafe in my chocolate protein shake...sooo yum! have you tried the Redi whip Peppermint Light whip cream? Sounds soooo yummy, but I haven't tried it yet. I think I'll get some for a Thanksgiving dessert. ;) Hugs, Elizabeth
